owl superheros

i had a client contact me wanting a unique birthday invite. she said she had searched a lot of the big name stationary online stores and just couldn't find something that fit what she needed. she has 4 kids, 3 of them are triplets. their birthdays are close together, so she was going to throw a big birthday bash for all 4 kids. she wasn't sure exactly what she wanted, and she started listing off things her kids liked. she said, "the boys love superheros and the girls are really into the cute birds and owls, so if you could come up with an owl superhero, that would be great." not sure whether she was joking about the owl superhero or not, i replied, "are you serious about the owl superhero thing, because that could be really cool." she said, "i am dead serious. i just asked the kids, and they all want owl superheros." my creative heart danced. and this was the result…
